Tornado Allies is a New Wave of Traditional Heavy Metal (NWOTHM) band forged in the heartland, where twisters tear the sky and the spirit never yields. Rising out of Oklahoma, their music is a battle cry for the bold—driven by storm-forged riffs, pounding rhythms, and vocals that cut through like lightning.

With roots deep in classic metal and a defiant modern edge, Tornado Allies channels the raw energy of bands like Judas Priest and Saxon while carving out their own thunderous path. Their debut album, Forged in Thunder, is a twelve-track saga of chaos, redemption, rebellion, and myth.

It begins with “Stormbringer,” an explosive opener where the storm itself becomes flesh — tearing through peace and unleashing fury on the world. “Legends Never Die” follows, honoring immortal heroes through battle hymns and ancient fire. With “The Devil’s Pact,” the album descends into theatrical darkness, as musicians trade their souls for fame and damnation in a devil's deal sealed in flame.

Track four, “Knight of the Blackened Sky,” blends biker grit and fantasy redemption as a lone rider seeks meaning through vengeance. The anthem “Ride or Die” shifts gears, rallying brotherhood and loyalty under the roar of engines and chrome, while “Warrior’s Call” rises with epic conviction — a fallen hero’s legacy passed to the next in line.

At the heart of the storm is “Oklahoma Sky,” a personal tribute to the band’s homeland. Here, the chaos of the plains becomes sacred — unpredictable, violent, and beautiful. Then comes “Blood Moon Rising,” an occult invocation of apocalyptic horror and the birth of a new god under crimson skies.

“Damn the Torpedoes” erupts with patriotic fury and Navy grit, a no-surrender war cry that dares anyone to test the steel of the soul. It’s followed by “Heavy Metal Thunder,” the album’s blazing centerpiece — a biker-metal blitz of speed, rebellion, and raw force where the rider becomes the storm.

“Witchfinder General” keeps the momentum high with driving force and dark theatrics. It tells the tale of a cursed inquisitor whose obsession with judgment turns righteous fury into spiritual damnation. It's not a lament — it’s a firestorm of twisted faith, ritual blades, and echoing screams from the altar.

And finally, the title track, “Forged in Thunder,” closes the album like a myth carved in steel. It’s the story of a storm-forged rider who outlasts the chaos, shaped by flame and fury, and rides on into legend as the V-twin fades into the distance.

Forged in Thunder is more than a debut — it's a declaration. A high-octane fusion of biker myth, dark fantasy, and defiant spirit, all riding wide open under a blood-red sky.

They don’t just survive the storm.

They ride it.
They are it.
They are Tornado Allies.

The storm doesn’t end. It becomes you.
Ride or die.
